When Alexander McQueen died I felt a huge surge of empathy and sadness. I've wanted to pay tribute to him for a long time now. Here is one of two video's I will post, which to me are works of beauty and creative genius. I believe all design is an art form and transcends the medium it's expressed in. But my insipid words cannot describe his incredible talent and breath taking 'mise en scene'. To A McQueen the artist.

What's hot and what's not this spring

Unfortunately I've been banned from talking about anything of any importance for a little while, so until the ban ends, I've decided to make myself useful and on a monthly basis sum up the best plant activity to be found at the plant nursery. These are all the plants that have brought me joy and brightened my day. They might also influence planting plans if you are looking for a plant to bring colour and interest during a particular month.
